    Nick – impressed that you keep on vblogging about this and that even if the weight isn’t dropping off like you’re hoping that you are ‘keeping on’. However – this vid isn’t available so no idea what you had to say :)

    I took up my own get fit (and maybe weight loss will occur alongside it) last September and have only very obliquely blogged about it – but like you I’m using my children as my reason, excuse and motivation. My younger two are 9 and 7 and I’ve got them attending weekly Tang Soo Do classes and after our 2nd grading two weeks ago I realised I need to do more.

    So I’ve started doing a 2wk turnaround power walk process along with the C25K program that I’ve only just discovered. Somehow I’m hoping this will all help. My goal in this – to attain my black belt by the time I’m 50.

    Anyway – all that to say, keep on keeping on dude.
