Saying Thank You

Say thank you.
It’s simple really. If someone does something for you, opens a door, passes the meatloaf, changes your flat tire, checks you out at the grocery store, thank them.
Some people may say that Thank You is important, if not necessary, for big things- like 30 years of service or saving a child from a burning building, and I’m not going to disagree. But, Thank You is also important in the small things because it recognizes a person’s efforts that weren’t required, ie: you didn’t have to pass me that meatloaf, I could have probably reached and gotten it myself, but you did, thank you.
Why the Thank You post? Have you ever, for example, sprained a finger and then tried to tie your shoes? Not as easy as before is it? We don’t notice something until it’s not there. That’s why I’m writing this- Thank You wasn’t given and I noticed.
Your welcome.
Touché.
