Handsome Men’s Club [VIDEO]

This post is rated TV-14 (PG-13).

I know- I’m a bit late on this one. BUT- for those that haven’t seen this, enjoy.

I secretly want to steal stuff.

I’ve watched some, I think, good movies over the past week. (No, that’s not where I’ve been. Well, it kinda is. But not entirely.)

First up was Surrogates, which I already talked about. The next was Gamer, a movie I don’t recommend because of the amount if nudity in it, although the storyline was decent. And tonight I watched the “horror comedy” Zombieland starring Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin. It’s in a similar vain as Shawn of the Dead, but more apocalyptic.

It’s ironic that all three deal with the apparent and possible end of mankind. And you know what- I have a secret: I love it.

Universal Language [Video]

This is why music is the universal language (and laughter):

This took place at the Newark airport during the lock down after the security breech there.

Recently I traveled to The Frigid North with my family, and nothing reminds me how much I love traveling like spending more time in airports than I’d like to. (Of course I being sarcastic here; I love traveling, but road trips are better.)

Pants On the Ground… The new hit!

Undoubtedly you’ve seen or at least heard of the performance of “Pants On the Ground” by Gen. Larry Platt by now.

If you haven’t, please travel back in time and show Saddam Hussein the hole you were hiding in, he could have apparently used it. But I digress.

I’m not going to take up the bandwidth to include the American Idol clip if you haven’t seen it- mainly because I wanted to take it up with this:

So good. So fuh-nay. I really thought it was Neil Young at first! What about you?

Third Place?

A few years ago Starbucks started going after what they referred to as The Third Place. Rather, they started creating them. The idea was that people went home and work- and they should go to Starbucks as well, hence the third place. OK- so that’s basically it. (If you want more on third place and all that, check out Dave Gibbons and his thoughts about creating not just a third place, but a third culture.)

Since then people have bit, hard. So much that if businesses- see also “casual dining”- don’t have WiFi they can count themselves behind at best.
We are now able to check in on our favorite bloggers, get updates on our teams and even tell people where the news is happening, from everywhere.

So I found it interesting, when I checked the map on my Sitemeter account today, one of the locations that someone visited from.

Check it:

I’ve heard of strange places to “surf the web”, but really?!
What about you- what’s the strangest location you’ve ever “gone online”?
