    I don’t know a whole lot about the 30 x 30 program, but I will check it out. I did notice that you mentioned doing exercises for a full minute or until exhaustion using major muscle groups. I also do exercises until exhaustion and I try to focus on compound exercises that work several muscle groups at once. I believe that really gives you great results. I also use mostly bodyweight exercises that I can do anywhere without any equipment. That way I don’t get sidetracked from my fitness when I go out of town.
